Have you ever noticed that trance-like feeling when you’re online? When you’re planning to browse your Facebook page for just five minutes and you end up doing it for thirty minutes?
Meditation is my prayer and it hasn’t been easy since I started blogging regularly as I am online most of the time, I noticed that I have been anxious more and more and so I’ve tried meditating more and more, they say balance is key, and I am yet to find the balance.
